FOLIA MUNDI · Switzerland
From a private library to a house for remarkable books.
Born from a private library built over many years, FOLIA MUNDI passes on books, manuscripts and objects chosen for what they tell us as much as for what they are.
Describe with care
Every book, manuscript and object is individually examined and photographed. True condition, strengths and fragilities all have their place in the dossier.
Pass each piece on personally
A question, further photographs or a viewing by appointment may precede the decision. No payment is requested before written confirmation.
The library
Four paths, one point of view.
The Reserve brings together the hardest-to-find pieces. Collections preserves groups whose meaning lies in their remaining together.
The Selection opens the library to books and maps at more accessible prices. Works of art carries the same eye into material and image.
Readers, collectors, researchers and institutions are all welcomed with the same attention.
